All services are delivered by experienced senior engineers and designers. Services are provided on a project basis with scope, deliverables, and pricing agreed individually with each client prior to engagement.

3. Pricing & Transaction Currency

Pricing is determined on a per-project basis and communicated to the client before any work begins. All transactions are denominated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £) unless otherwise agreed in writing between Limenio and the client.

There are no hidden fees. The total cost of services will be outlined in the service agreement provided to the client prior to commencement.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Wise Payments Limited, an Electronic Money Institution authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under Firm Reference Number 900507. Wise acts as our payment facilitator for card-not-present transactions.

We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard. By making a payment, you acknowledge that the transaction is processed by Wise on behalf of Limenio and is subject to Wise's terms of service.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines are agreed on a per-project basis and outlined in individual service agreements. Typical project milestones and deliverables are communicated at the start of each engagement.

Services are delivered digitally (source code, design files, documentation, deployed applications) via agreed channels such as Git repositories, cloud storage, or direct deployment to client infrastructure.

Limenio will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates. If delays are anticipated, the client will be notified promptly with a revised timeline.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may cancel an engagement by providing written notice to [email protected]. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of delivery:

  • Work already completed and delivered is non-refundable.
  • For partially completed work, refunds will be prorated based on the proportion of work delivered.
  • If no work has commenced, a full refund will be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant invoice date. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, Limenio reserves the right to provide evidence of services rendered. Clients agree to attempt to resolve any billing disputes directly with Limenio before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Limenio retains the right to use anonymized project details for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted.

9. Security

All payment card details are transmitted securely using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. Limenio does not store, process, or have access to your full card details. All card payment processing is handled by Wise Payments Limited, which maintains PCI DSS compliance.

Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all communications. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect client data and project materials.

10. Export Restrictions

Our services are primarily digital in nature and are not subject to physical export restrictions. However, clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of any software or technology delivered by Limenio complies with applicable export control laws in their jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of Liability

Limenio's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question. Limenio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
